Every journey

The weekend road trip. The Tuesday grocery run. The same drive to work.

Wherever you are going, Mapish shows what is worth stopping for on the way, and what it will save you.

Travelling

Plan the whole route once. Mapish lines up the cheapest fuel, places to eat, somewhere to sleep and the lookouts and attractions along the way.

  • Stops chosen along your actual route
  • Hotels, viewpoints and attractions on the map
  • One way or round trip

Shopping

Search once for a place, a store or an item. Nearby stores with specials show up on the map, so you know where the good price is before you leave home.

  • One search box for places, stores and items
  • Store specials posted by the business

Daily commute

Most of us pass the same stations every day. Mapish shows which one is cheapest on your way, and can tell you when a price near you drops below your target.

  • Cheapest and closest at a glance
  • Price alerts for your fuel

Specials and deals

Restaurants, cafés, convenience stores and local shops post their specials. Find a lunch deal two minutes off your route, not two suburbs away.

  • Real specials from real businesses
  • Shown right on your route

Along the way

Every good stop, on one map.

Pins that mean something at a glance. Prices only where they help, so the map never turns into a wall of numbers.

  • Fuel

Cheapest and closest stations, with price labels on the best few.

  • Restaurants and cafés

Somewhere good to eat, and the specials they are running today.

  • Hotels

A place to stay tonight, near where the day’s drive ends.

  • Viewpoints and attractions

Lookouts and sights worth a short detour. The stops you remember.

  • Stores and specials

Convenience stores, markets and local shops, with their deals.

  • And more

EV charging, mechanics and rest stops for the long days.

Why we built it

Less time hunting, More time making memories.

Nobody remembers the petrol station. You remember the lookout at sunset, the café you nearly drove past, the lake outside your window. Mapish handles the planning and the savings, so the trip can be about the trip.

A café two minutes off the road, with today’s deal on the map.

  3. 4:45

Every price, verified

Honest prices

Every price says where it came from.

We would rather show you a clearly marked estimate than a confident-looking number we cannot stand behind.

Official

From the source

Government feeds (like NSW FuelCheck) and verified business owners.

Reported

From people like you

Drivers report the price they saw. Reported prices come before estimates.

~ Estimated

Clearly marked

Where there is no real price yet, you see a typical-market estimate with a “~”. Never dressed up as real.

FAQ

Questions, answered plainly.

Can I use it now?

Yes. Mapish is live at map.mapish.app on your phone or computer, with nothing to install. The Android app is on Google Play, and the iPhone app is coming to the App Store; this site will link straight to it when it is there. Any other site offering a “download” is not us.

Is it just for road trips?

No. It is just as useful on your daily commute and your shopping run: the cheapest fuel on your way, store specials nearby, and a lunch deal close to where you already are.

Are the prices real?

Where there is an official source, yes (for fuel, that is New South Wales, Australia, today). Elsewhere, prices are reported by people or posted by the business, and anything else is clearly labelled as an estimate. The app always shows which one you are looking at.

Which countries does it cover?

New Zealand, Australia, the United Kingdom and Canada.

Do I need an account?

No, not to browse the map and plan a trip. You set up a simple profile when you want to report prices, set price alerts, add vehicles or log fill-ups.

What does the app do with my location?

It uses your location to find nearby places and distances. Read the details on the privacy page.
